QMSys Threads, Tools, Gauges and Calibration Management

QMSys Threads, Gauges, Tools & Calibration Management is a professional software tool, designed for thread and plain gauge manufacturers and calibration laboratories. The software provides calculations and customizable calibration procedures, which include all relevant metrological characteristics, such as gauge length, lengths of tolerance steps, thread and flank angles, pitch and lead, major diameter, pitch diameter, minor diameter, taper, form deviations. The program also provides several methods for measurement of the pitch diameter over wires and balls with automatic calculation of the limits of indicated values, as well as adjustment of the working gauges with the respective checking, setting or master gauges. The software is fully compliant with international and national standards, regulations and guidelines and provides calculation and calibration of almost all types of thread and plain gauges. A useful feature of the software is that the measurements can be entered manually with the keyboard or automatically from any instrument or machine, equipped with serial RS 232 or USB interface. Furthermore, the program supports print-outs in standard or custom-adjustable templates in RTF, XLS or TXT format. The software is also offered as a library version for integration of our software in other software products for calibration an asset management.
